She was the beloved wife of John “Jack” Aucker, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and memories.

Donna was a proud Penn State fan, enjoyed bowling with her husband and family, listening to Elvis Presley’s music. You could find her sitting at her table sipping coffee with a sweet treat and enjoying Hallmark Christmas movies year round. Christmas was her most favorite time of year, a season she cherished for the joy of celebrating with her loved ones and especially treasured celebrating her birthday on December 26th. She lived in Williamsport for many years before relocating to Green Valley, AZ in 2014, where she spent the reminder of her life. There, she was cherished by the La Posada Senior Community as a housekeeper where she will be remembered for her warm spirit and kindness.

She was proceeded in death by her beloved husband, Jack; her parents Charles and Ann Dieffenbach; and sister Shirley Lloyd. Though they went before her, their love remained a cherished part of her heart and life.

Throughout her life, she carried many cherished names including daughter, sister, mom, wife, the other Double D, Grandma, Nanny, and Great Granny. Each one reflected the love of each chapter of the beautiful life she lived, which will continue to be an inspiration to us all.

In honor of Donna’s wishes, there will be no formal services held. Her family finds comfort in knowing she will be remembered and loved by all whose loves she touched.
