Donald Warner Hood, born 11-18-1932 in Lisbon, Maryland, died 1-7-2026 in Prescott, Arizona, after retirement from Michigan Public Schools. Donald was a Special Forces veteran, enthusiastic traveler, educator, and active hiker. He was skilled in the art of stained glass. He was a loving husband and survived by his wife (Carol), five children/spouses (Ken/Beth, Karin/Phil, Kathy/George, Evan/Sharon, and Alan/Janice), seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
