Gail M. Jansen (Rutkowski), born on June 16, 1961 in the scenic city of Niagra Falls, graced the world with her presence and left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered. Gail passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026, at Hospice of the Valley, Arizona Hospice House, after a courageous battle with liver disease, surrounded by love and care.
Gail was the cherished daughter of Edwin Rutkowski and Amy Pontiere, who both predeceased her, along with her dear brother Lawrence Rutkowski and beloved nephew Edward Yale, She is surved by her loving family: her devoted husband until his passing, Rick Jansen, her siblings Teresa Yale-Carson, Lori Ruthowski, Thomas Rutkowski, Lisa Allen, and Mike Ocejo, her nephew Timonth Carson, niece Alexa Carson, Great newphew Gannon Harris and her best friend, Heidi, who stood by her through thick and thin.
For over two decades, Gail dedicated her pofessional life to Home Depot, where she was known for her unwavering commitment and vibrant spirit. Before her tenure at Home Depot, she worked in pest control and nursing home care, fields in which she left a lasting impact through her dedication and compassion.
Gail was known not just for her professional achievements but also for the warmth and joy she brought into the lives of others. Her quick wit and warm smile lit up any room she entered, engaging everyone she met with genuine kindness and heart full of laughter.
In her personal life, Gail found joy in the companionship of her two beloved Chihuahuas, who were a constant source of happiness. her love for them was a testament to her nurturing spirit and capacity for unconditional love.
